O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.seeking to quash the proceedings in CC.No. 79 of 2008 on the file ofthe Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mydukur.
2. When the matter came up today, the learned counsel for thepetitioner called absent and there is no representation on his behalf.
3. Perused the records.
4. The petitioner challenged the proceedings before the trialcourt on the ground of jurisdiction. The petitioner is at liberty to raisethe same before the trial court.
5. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
