Heard Sri D.Prakash Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearingfor Sri D.Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri VedulaVenkata Ramana, learned counsel for the respondents and Sri M.A.Bhari,learned Advocate Commissioner.
Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdrawthe application with a liberty to approach the learned Single Judge by filingapplications for appropriate reliefs in the final decree proceedings orotherwise.
Permission accorded granting liberty sought for by counsel for theappellants and the Application No.1041 of 2011 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, the Application (SR) No.7469 of 2011 to condonethe delay of 836 days in filing the appeal stands dismissed. In view ofdismissal of the application (SR) No.7469 of 2011 to condone the delay of836 days in filing the appeal, the appeal in OSA (SR) No.7468 of 2011 alsostands dismissed at the SR stage. No costs.
