W.A.No.1999 of 2013
JUDGMENT:(per Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta )
This writ appeal is sought to be preferred against thejudgment and order of the learned single Judge dated 13.04.2012and by this order the writ petition was allowed following the decisionof this Court in a batch of writ petitions. Against this order, theappellants before us filed a review application contending that thejudgment pronounced in that batch of writ petitions has no mannerof application in the present case. While disposing of the reviewapplication, the learned single Judge recorded that the order underappeal is almost a consent order. This recording made by thelearned single Judge is not challenged before us. Hence, we cannotentertain this appeal against the first order.
Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. Miscellaneouspetitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed. No order as tocosts.
