This Crir inal Petition, under Section [482 ][of the ][Code ][of ][Criminal]Procedure, 197 3 (for short, ['Cr.P.C.'), ]is filed by the [petitioner/accused]seeking to qua h the proceedings against him in Crime No.901 of [2021]of .lagathgirig rtta Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for theoffences punisl able under Sections 447 and 427 rlw 3 of Prevention ofDamage to Put ic Property Act, 1984 (for short, 'PDPP Act').
