O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.seeking to set aside the orders passed in CrlMP.No. 3300 of 2008 bythe I-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur asconfirmed by the learned II-Additional Sessions Judge, Kadapa atProddatur in Crl.R.P.No. 78 of 2008 dated 21-3-2009 and to passsuch other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper inthe circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter came up today for hearing, the learnedcounsel for the second respondent-defacto complainant informed thiscourt that the petitioner is died.
3. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition isaccordingly dismissed as abated.
