JUDGMENT:
In view of the Letter dated 28.12.2016 submitted by Smt N. Sasikala, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
