O R D E R:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner thatthis writ petition is covered by the order dated 30.1.2004 passed by alearned single Judge of this Court in W.P. No. 19072 of 2003.
In the circumstances, following the order dated 30.1.2004passed in W.P. No. 19072 of 2003, this writ petition is allowed and it isdirected that the petitioners shall be paid the amount due to them underthe settlement of the Lok Adalat, and specified in G.O.Ms.No.234 dated15.10.2003, with 15% interest from the date on which it became payablewithin four weeks from today. The petitioners shall also be awarded costsof Rs.5000/-.
