Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying thatin the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Courtwill be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more specifically onein the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of therespondents herein in not issuing the Certified copies of the Pahaniesfor the years 2007-2008 as applied in the representations of thepetitioners dated 15.11.2008 and 02.12.2008 as illegal, arbitrary andopposed to Law and consequently direct the respondents herein toissue the certified copies of Pahanies for the years 2007-2008 asapplied in the representations dated 15.11.2008 and 02.12.2008.

ORDER:
Petitioners through their Advocate and General Power ofAttorney filed an application before first respondent on 17.11.2008requesting for certified copies of pahanis for the year 2007-2008 inrespect of lands in various survey numbers situated at Kadthal villageof Amangal Mandal in Mahabubnagar District, in vain. Therefore theyfiled instant writ petition.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (General-Telangana Area) submits that after sending application by registeredpost with acknowledgement due, petitioners have not approachedTahsildar, Amandal–first respondent herein; for certified copies. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to petitioners toapproach first respondent with a copy of this order whereupon pahanisas requested by petitioners may be supplied after collecting necessarycharges.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
