This Writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution ofIndia, is filed by the petitioner, wherein the following prayer is made:

",.. to issue a Writ, order or direction and moreparticularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus,, orany other Writ declaring action of Respondents No.2_5in failing to take any action against the illegalconstruction carried out by the Respondent No.6 on theland admeasuring 610 Sq yards bearing House No.6_70-127 / A in Sy.No.29lA situated at ShivarampaltyJagir Village, GHMC Rajendranagar Circle, Ranga ReddyDistrict ('subject tand') as being u/bitrury, illegal andunconstitutional and consequently :

i) Direct the Respondent No.2-5 to demolishthe illegal construction carried out by theRespondent No.6 on the subject land.the illegal construction carried out by theRespondent No.6 on the subject land.

ii) And pass any other order or orders ..."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learnedGovernment Pleader for Municipal Administration and UrbanDevelopment appearing for respondent No.1; Sri Pasham KrishnaReddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing [for]respondent Nos,2 to 5 and [perused ]the [record.]

Learned counsel for the [petitioner would submit ][that ][the]unofficial respondent No.6, [without ][obtaining ][requisite]permission from the authorities concerned, has [made]construction in the subject [property bearing H.No.6-10-127/A ][in]Survey t',to.297n situated at [Shivarampally ][Jagir Village, ][GHMC]

Rajendranagar [Circle' ][Ranga ][Reddy ][District' ][There ][are ][multiple]variations [such ][as ][encroachment' ][not ][obtaining ][permission ][and]not leaving [set-backs']

4. Learned [Standing ][Counsel ][for ][GHMC ][would submit ][that ][a]notice, dated [29.O4.zOLg, uncler ][Sections ][452(1) ][and ][461 ][(1) ][of]the Greater [Hyderabad Municipal ][Corporation ][Act' ][1955 ][(for]short, ['GHMC ][Act'), ][was ][issued ][to the ][unofficial ][respondent No'6]toShoW-causeastoWhythedeviatedportion/unauthorisedconstruction [made ][in ][the ][subject property shall ][not ][be ][removed']The unofficial [respondent No.6 was also ][directed ][to ][produce the]relevant documents, [including ][the ][sanctioned ][plan' ][to]substantiate the [construction ][made ][by ][him. ][However, ][in view ][of]prevalence of COVID-19 [pandemic, ]further [action has ][not ][been]taken yet. The respondent-Corporation [is contemplating ][to ][take]further action and [pass ]necessary [orders, ][after ][following ][the ][due]process of law.5. The said submissions are taken on record.

6. Since the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC has assuredthis Court that the respondent- Co rpo ratio n is likely to concludethe proceedings, in accordance with law, no further orders arerequired to be passed in this Writ Petition. However, it is madeclear that the respondent-Corporation shall complete the entireprocess pursuant to the said notice, dated 29.04.2079, within aperiod of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy ofthis order.
