In view of the same, WPMP.No.54084 of2015 is allowed and WP.No.26397 of 2015 isdismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.34297 of 2015, filed by the petitioner forinterim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
