Heard Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitionerand perused the record.

A perusal of the proceeding sheet shows that thedisciplinary proceedings have not been stayed by this Courtpending the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner isunable to report on the present stage of the disciplinaryproceedings. However, in the absence of stay of the disciplinaryproceedings, it is reasonable to presume that the disciplinaryproceedings would have got concluded by this time, as more thannine years elapsed from the initiation of the said proceedings.
