ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to give necessary directionto dispose of I.A.No.444 of 2012 in O.S.No.418 of 2012 on the file ofthe Court of Additional District Judge-cum-Special Court for SC & STCases, Visakhapatnam (I.A.) filed by the petitioner to implead M/s.United India Insurance Company represented by it’s RegionalManager, Daba Gardens, Visakhapatnam as third respondent hebeing necessary party to the proceedings including I.A.No.363 of 2012filed by himself for ordering conditional attachment of the bills of thesecond respondent.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner by notdisposing of the I.A., serous prejudice is being caused to the petitioner.
For the reasons stated, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed ofdirecting the Court below to dispose of the I.A. within a period of onemonth from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneouspetitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
