ORDER:
By an order dated 18.1.2007, therespondents were directed to permit thepetitioner to appear for interview for the post ofTrained Graduate Teacher in Hindi to be heldon 19.1.2007 or any other subsequent date. However, they were further directed not todeclare the results, until further orders.
Now, the learned counsel for thepetitioner states that in view of the interimorders dated 18.1.2007, the petitioner waspermitted to appear for the interview and therefore, the results of the interview held on19.1.2007 may be declared.
In view of the same, the respondents are directed to declare the results of the interviewheld on 19.1.2007.
With the above direction, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
