ORDER:
Heard before admission and perused the impugned order of the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Gudur, dated 07.12.2018, directing to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- within one month towards arrears of maintenance by granting stay subject to that condition there is nothing to interfere with the order but for extending the time till 31.01.2019.
Accordingly and in the result, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
