Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased toissue a writ or order or direction one in nature of writ of Mandamus declaring theaction of the respondents in conducting the elections to the posts of president ofTaddy Tappers Cooperative Society , Nalgonda on 20-6-97, as illegal , arbitrary,contrary to the rules and null and void .

ORDER:
The relief prayed for in this writ petition is in relation to the election to the post ofPresident of Taddy Tappers Co-operative Society, Nalgonda, dated, 20.06.1997. Inview of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and therelief prayed for in the writ petition it is evident that the writ petition becameinfructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous. Nocosts.
