ORDER:
1This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash theproceedings against the petitioners / A.2 to A.7 in C.C.No.386 of2012 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate,Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District.
2At the time of arguments, the learned Additional PublicProsecutor submitted that the parties have settled the matter beforethe Lod Adalat on 12.09.2015.
3Having regard to the submissions made by the learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed inthis petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel,miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shallstand closed.
