The Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and DeputyCommissioner of Labour at Nizamabad in W,C.No. 258 of 2003 NF hasgranted compensation of Rs. L,94,t74l- including costs and Advocatefee. Aggrieved by the said order, the applicant preferred an appealvlde C.l\4.A.No. 866 of 2012. During the pendancy of appeal both theparties have compromised the matter.

Accordingly the award is passed for an amount of Rs.2,O7IOOO/_(Rupees Two lakhs seven thousand only) towards full and finalsettlement apart from the amount awarded by the Commissioner forWorkmen's Compensation and Deputy..
