O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.29 of 2005 of AchampetPolice Station, Mahbubnagar district, registered for the offencespunishable under section 147, 148, 302, 307, 120-B IPC and section25 (1) (a) and 27 of Indian Arms Act and to pass such other suitableorders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances ofthe case.
2. When the matter came up today for hearing, the learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor submitted that the entire investigation inCr.No.29 of 2005 of Achampet Police Station is over and the policefiled charge sheet and the same is committed to the Court ofSession. Now the Court of Session assigned as SC.No. 419 of 2008.
3. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition isaccordingly dismissed as infructuous.
