ORDER :
1. This contempt case has been filed complaining non-compliance of the interim order dated 24-04-2013 passed by thisCourt in W.P.M.P. No.15559 of 2013 in W.P.No.12626 of 2013,wherein a direction was issued to the respondent to re-consider thepetitioner’s application.
2. The respondent is present pursuant to Form-I Notice.
It is represented that the order has been implemented on 30-12-2013.
A copy of the order is also placed before the Court.
3. Sri P.Hemachandra, learned counsel appearing for thepetitioner, does not dispute the same.
4. Since the order has been implemented, though there is somedelay, I am not inclined to proceed against the respondent forcontempt.
5. Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs.
