ORDER: -

In this batch of contempt cases, the grievance of the petitioner isthat though the earlier orders of rejection passed by the respondentwere set aside in different writ petitions in view of the judgment of theDivision Bench in W.A.No.69 of 2012, dated 23.02.2012, and thematters were remitted for fresh consideration, the competent authority has again passed similar rejection orders basedon self-same grounds. These contempt cases are, therefore, filedalleging that the directions for reconsideration, passed by this Court, areobserved in breach.

2. Learned Government Pleader for General Administration, who has taken notice on behalf of the respondent, fairly submits that thecompetent authority has passed the orders, in question, without keepingin mind the directions of the Division Bench, in the aforesaid judgmentand the fresh consideration, which was required of him. LearnedGovernment Pleader, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdrawthe impugned proceedings with a liberty to the competent authority to reconsider the matter afresh and pass appropriate orders therein interms of the orders of this Court in the respective writ petitions.

3. In view of the said submission, the orders impugned in thesecontempt cases stand withdrawn, as offered by the learned GovernmentPleader for General Administration, with a liberty to the respondent topass fresh orders, on due consideration, within a period of two (2)months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Cases are closed.

The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shallbe no order as to costs.
