This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.seeking to quash the proceedings in Crl.MP.No. 2453 of 2008 inMC.No.6 of 2006 on the file of the Court of I-Additional Junior CivilJudge, Narsaraopet, Guntur District.
2. When the matter came up today, it is represented by thelearned counsel for the petitioner that while pendency of this petition,already maintenance case was disposed of by the trial court. Hence,nothing survives in this Criminal petition for adjudication and thematter has become infructuous.
