JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter, dated 26.12.2018, to the Registry, stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the appeal and that the appeal may be listed under the caption “For Withdrawal”.
2. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the above letter.
3. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
