ORDER:

“ Appellant’s application seeking dispensation to file certified or true copy ofthe order impugned having been allowed, appeal has been taken up forconsideration today by us. Back-papers have not been sent since the file inwrit petition is stated to be not received in the Registry so far. As such, we donot have the advantage of perusing the order of learned single Judge allowingthe Writ Petition of the 1[st] respondent. Appellant is also seeking interim reliefof stay of operation of the order passed by learned single Judge. LearnedCounsel for first respondent states that pursuant to the impugned order, themanagement has passed an order appointing first respondent as Principal, who has taken over as such.

Learned Counsel for appellant submits that appellant still continues to bethe Principal and has not handed-over charge.

At this stage of the proceedings, it will not be appropriate for us toadjudicate as to whether the order of the Court has or has not beenimplemented. However, leaving the matter at that, we adjourn the appeal for 2-12-2003. Till then, we will direct the parties to maintain status quo as of today.

Registry will ensure that back papers are also kept in the bundle by the nextadjourned date.”
