ORDER:
Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner; learnedGovernment Pleader for Home, learned Government Pleader for Revenue andlearned Government Pleader for Mines and Industries appearing forrespondents 1 to 3 respectively, would agree that the subject matter of this writpetition is squarely covered by an order of this Court in W.P. No.16063 of 2013dated 07.06.2013.
Following the said order and in terms thereof, and in accordance withRule 9-Q of the A.P. Minor Minerals Concessional Rules, 1966 as notified inG.O.Ms. No.154 dated 15.11.2012, the respondents are directed to release thesubject vehicle to the petitioner subject to filing proof of ownership documentsand executing a bond that the said vehicle would be produced as and whendirected by the concerned authority or by the Magistrate concerned.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneouspetitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no orderas to costs.
