This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action ofthe respondents 1 to 4 in not taking steps to close and restrain the 5[th]respondent from carrying on poultry farm in the midst of the residentiallocality at Kollabattulavaripet, 26[th] Ward, narsapur, West GodavariDistrict, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted thatthe cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and theWrit Petition has become infructuous.
Recording the above submission of the learned counsel the WritPetition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
