HON’BLE SHRI G.S.SINGHVI, THE CHIEF JUSTICEANDHON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY

WritPetition No.26324 of 2006BetweenY.Srinivas..PetitionerANDThe Registrar (Administration) and another ..Respondents:: JUDGMENT ::Counsel for the petitionerSri N.M.Krishnaiah forSri M.R.TagoreCounsel for respondentsSri D.V.Seetharama Murthy 22.12.2006

Per G.S.Singhvi, CJ

This is a petition for issue of a mandamus to the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the written test, which was held on10-12-2006 for recruitment of Amin (Field Assistant and JuniorAssistant) in East Godavari Sessions Division on 10.12.2006.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perusedthe record. In our opinion, the writ petition is liable to be dismissedbecause on the date of filing the same i.e. 14-12-2006, the writtenexamination in which the petitioner wanted to appear, had alreadybeen held. Ordered accordingly.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the resultof the examination held on 10.12.2006.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WPMP No.33824 of2006 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is also dismissed.
