ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Codeof Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the [petitioner-]Accused No.4 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C No.16of 2022 [pending ]on the file of I Additional Special Judge for CBICases, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against him are underSections 120-8 read with 419, 420, 468 and 47L of I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner-Accused No.4 is aggrieved by the orderdated 16.72.2C22 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5728 of 2022 inCrl.M.P.No.3300 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal SpecialJudge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, declining the prayer of thepetitioner seeking permission to travel abroad. However, learnedPrincipal Special Judge for CBI cases, Hyderabad, held that thepetitioner is at liberty to move the learned I Additional SpecialJudge of CBI Cases, Hyderabad, upon his appearance before thesaid Court. In the said circumstances, the petitioner shall filepetition before the I Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases,Hyderabad and upon receiving such an application, the Court

shall dispose of the said application filed seeking [permission ]totravel as expeditiously as [possible.]
