ORDER:
CRIMINAL PETITION No.11108 OF 2009
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners, accused Nos.1 to 6 respectively, seeking to quash the FIR against them in Crime No.257 of 2009 of Urban Police Station,Badvel, Kadapa District, registered for the offences under Sections143, 447, 506 & 149 IPC and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and theScheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Heard.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that investigation and consequential steps on the basis ofresult of the investigation shall go on, but the petitioners shall not bearrested till filing of charge sheet, if any.
4. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposedof at the admission stage itself.
