JUDGMENT:
The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.72 of 2011 on the file of XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, was disposed of on 22.11.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging the Interlocutory order passed in the said suit.
2. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
