ORDER:
This Writ Petition is frled challenging the notice ufdeRc. No.O 1 / G.P.V M I 2022 dated O4.O 1. 2022 issued by respondentNo.3 cancelling the building permission granted to the petitioneruid.e proceedings dated 17 -ll.2o2l as illegal and arbitrary andconsequently to direct the respondents to restore the permissiongranted in favour of the petitioner and to pass such other orderor orders.
2. l"eamed counsel for the petitioner submitted that thoughthe said proceedings are titled as notice, the proceedingsmentioned that the permission granted to the petitioner hasbeen cancelled and therefore, this is in clear violation ofprinciples of natural justice. On merits, the learned counsel forthe petitioner submitted that the boundaries of the properly ofrespondent No.5 in the said notice are not correct.

Having regard to the fact that the [impugned ][proceeding,]though referred to as notice, is in fact [arr ][order ][of ][cancellation ][of]the building [permission granted ]to the [petitioner, ][this ][Court ][is]of the opinion that it is in clear [violation ][of principles of ][natural]justice. Therefore, it is set aside with liberty to the respondentsto issue fresh notice and take action in [accordance ][with ][law by]considering the explanation [submitted by the petitioner, ][if ][any,]and after hearing all the aflected [parties.]
5. With the above directions, this Writ [Petition ][is ][disposed ][of.]There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, [pending ]in this [writ]
petition, shall stand closed.
