ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P,C.seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.1947 of 2018 dated26.O5.2O18 on the lile of Ill Additional Chief MetropolitanMagistrate, Hyderabad, for the offences registered under Sections506, 509 IPC and Section 6 of Indecent Representation of WomenAct.
2. The criminal petition is taken up for hearing today, i.e.30 .12.2O2O , through video conferencing.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents
4. After making the initial submissions seeking for quash of theC.C. pending trial before the lll Additional Chief MetropolitanMagistrate, Hyderabad, the learned Counsel for the petitionerwould submit that she is limiting the relief sought for in thepresent quash petition, to this granting the relief of dispensingwith thc day to day appearance of the petitioner before the trailcourt in the above CC.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit thatbased on the complaint made by the 2"d respondent, therespondent authorities have registered the case, investigatedthereinto and filed charge sheet before the Court whereupon thesame has been taken on record and C.C. number has beenassigned.
