Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
