The petitioner herein is the wife of the respondent herein.

As per the record, the marriage between the petitioner andthe respondent took place on 23.2.2008. It is alleged that anamount of Rs.16,00,000/- was then given to the respondenttowards dowry. After one month of the marriage, the respondentstarted harassing the petitioner for want of additional dowry. In2008, the petitioner joined the respondent in USA, later shebecame pregnant. Then the respondent beat her and necked herout of their house. Then the petitioner gave report to concerned police in USA which was registered as DVC No.20091125 againstthe respondent. Later she came back to India with their child. Laterhaving come to know that the respondent was at Guntur, she wentthere and met him but then she was necked out by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a report with the concerned, reportagainst the respondent and his parents.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that therespondent got life threat at Kurnool from the petitioner and hismen and therefore, the matter may be transferred to a neutralplace for their appearance and enquiry or trial in the matter and that the respondent is ready to bear necessary travelling andincidental expenses.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitionersubmits that the petitioner is not well as her ribs were fracturedand is unable to travel from Kurnool to accept the plea oftransferring the case even to a neutral place. The petitioner ispresent before the Court, but she appears to be normal to acceptthe version.

Taking into consideration of all the relevant factors, thepetition is disposed of transferring HMOP No.246 of 2012 to theCourt of Judge, Family Court, Mahaboobnagar, subject to paymentof Rs.750/- to the petitioner for each attendance before the Courtin the OP.
