ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, IearnedGovernment Pleader for Energr appearing for respondent No.1,Sri R.Vinod Rcddy, learned Standrng Counsel appearing forrespondent Nos.2 to 5, and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned StandingCounsel appearing for 6th respondent. With their consent, the WritPetition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioners are aggrieved by theaction of the respondents, more particularly respondents 4 & 5, inrefusing to release the power supply to the petitioners' subjectpremises bearing Plot No.1/Part, me asuring 548 sq. yards inS.No.440 Part and 441 part, situated at Bowrampet village,Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.
3. Learned counsel lor the petitioners submits that thcrespondent authoritics havc relused to rclease the power supply tothe subject premises belonging to the petitioners uide rejectionletter Reference No. LTM 2 1 6 4AO229, dt.20. I 2.2O2 I .

Lcarncd Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5, oninstructions, has stated that basing on the letter addressed by the6th respondent, vide No.NMC/ G/0312O2O dt. 14.05.2020, powersupply to the petilioner was refused. He further submits that ilthe petitioners make an application, again, the authorities willreceive the same and pass necessary orders thereon, as [per ]law.
