ORDER :
This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by thepetitioner/A.21 seeking to quash proceedings against him in crimeNo.573 of 2009 of Krishnalanka Police Station, Vijayawada, KrishnaDistrict, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465,468, 471, 473 and 120B of I.P.C.
2) Heard.
3) The allegation against the present petitioner is of purchasingfake R.C. book from other accused through one Satheesh. In view ofnature of allegations, it is not a fit case for quashing proceedingsagainst the petitioner at this stage.
4) However, considering the circumstance that the only materialavailable on record against the petitioner is the confession of anotheraccused, it is directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested till filingof charge sheet, if any. The investigation and consequential steps on the basis of investigation can go on. Further, the petitioner shallappear before the investigating officer on 11.01.2010, 18.01.2010,25.01.2010 and 01.02.2010 between 12 noon to 4.00 p.m.
5) Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of.
