This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by thepetitioners/A.2 to A.5 seeking to quash proceedings against them inCrime No.161 of 2009 of I Town Police Station, Srikakulam, registeredfor the offence punishable under Section 498A I.P.C. and Sections 3and 4 of D.P.Act.

2) Heard.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the marriageof the complainant was performed with A.1 by suppressing her earliermarriage with one Madhusudhana Rao, and on coming to know thesame A.1 filed O.P.No.1358 of 2009 for divorce and subsequent to thesame the present complaint is filed.
