O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of therespondents 1 to 4 in appointing the 5[th] respondent as Anganwadiworker for building Thanda h/o Polepally, Chandampet Mandal,Nalgonda District as arbitrary and illegal.
Though various allegations have been made against that the 5[th]respondent contending that she is not qualified for appointment asAnganwadi worker, since the petitioner has made a representationdated 13-03-2006 to the District Collector, Nalgonda District, whichwas received in the office of the District Collector on 14-03-2006, it isnot necessary for this Court to go into the merits of the case.
In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion as to thecorrectness of the allegations made by the petitioner, the writ petition isdisposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider therepresentation of the petitioner dated 13-03-2006 and pass appropriateorders in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 5[th]respondent to rebut the allegations made by the petitioner. No costs.
