ORDER:

2. This Writ Petition1S filed to declare the action of2nd respondent in keeping the results of the petitioners, who hadtaken SSC examination held in March, 2015 through respondentNo.5 School under the heading 'Withheld' as being arbitrary,illegal and unconstitutional and furlher depriving/denying theopportunity of the failed students to take the supplementaryexamination by accepting the fees
3. This Court, by order dated 04-06-2015 passedlnW.P.M.P.No.19482 of 2015 in W.P.No.150t7 of 2015, had grantedinterim direction to the respondents to release the results of thestudents i.e. by acting on the representation of the 5th respondentSchool and to receive the fees of the failed students for thesupplementary examination.
4. On account ofthe aforesaid interim order passed by this Courldirecting the respondent authorities to release the results of the It t students incJuding the petitioners by considering the representationsubmitted by respondent No.5 and also to receive the f-ecs of thefailed students for the supplementary examination, and havingregard to the 1-act that nearly a decade had passed by since then, thisCourt is of the view that the relief sought for by the petitioners [has]been worked by itself on account of interim orders, and no furtherorders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
