Heard the learned counsel.
2. This court issued rule nisi on 30-12-2008.
3. The Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus todirect the respondents to deposit the compensation amount inE.P.No.139/2001 in O.P.No.23/2000 filed by the first petitionerherein and E.P.No.140/2001 in O.P.No.53/2000 filed by the secondpetitioner herein on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapuram,East Godavari District, and pass such other suitable orders.
4. Several facts had been narrated in the affidavit filed insupport of the writ petition.
5. The main grievance of the writ petitioners is that thecompensation is not being deposited. In view of the facts andcircumstances, let the respondents deposit or pay thecompensation within a period of four (4) weeks from the date ofreceipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall beno order as to costs.
