This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.04.2015 passed in W.P.No.13046 of 2015 wherein this Court directed the application made by the petitioner in Form VI-A in terms of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, shall be processed within a period of three months.

Initially, the then Mandal Reveue Officer, Anumala Mandal, Nalgonda District – Mr. Venu Madhav – made a party-respondent. Accordingly, the petitioner filed Contempt Application No.1235 of 2016 seeking to bring Mr. Venkata Reddy, present Mandal Revenue Officer as party-respondent.

However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits vide order dated 2.12.2016 the present incumbent officer had already considered and passed orders on merits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the petitioner aggrieved with the said order, he may be given liberty to challenge the same. It is always open for the petitioner to work out remedies as available in law against the order dated 2.12.2016.

Now, the contempt case is confined only with regard to non-compliance of the order dated 29.04.2015 in W.P.No.13046 of 2015. Inasmuch as the order has been complied, this Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law against order dated 2.12.2016. No order as to costs.
