ORDER:
THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDYCONTEMPT CASE No.1401 of 2010
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondentshave not implemented the interim order, dated 21.01.2010, passedby this Court in W.P.M.P.No.626 of 2010 in W.P.No.507 of 2010.
A perusal of the said interim order discloses that it was tobe in force for six weeks and it is stated that it was not extendedbeyond that period. Obviously, realising this, the learned counselfor the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press thecontempt case.
Hence, the contempt case is closed.
