The writ petition is filed seeking [the following relief:]

submits that by [proceedings ]dated [15.09.2022, ][the ][respondents ][have]requested the petitioner to hand [over 94.69sq.yards ][for the ][road ][widening]and accept the TDR. He [submits ][that ][if ][the land ][of the ][petitioner ][is required]for any public [purpose, ][the][ respondents ][have ][to ][initiate the ][proceedings]under Land Acquisition.

widen the road and they have [withdrawn ][this ][notice ][dated ][15.09.2Q22 and]further it is submitted that if the [land of the petitioner ][is ][required ][for ][any]public purpose, they will initiate the due [process.]
4. Recording the said submission of the learned standing counsel, thewrit petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
