ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. petitioner/Accused No.2 seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.155 of 2017 on the file of Jaipur Police Station, Macherial District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, and 506 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter of Inspector of Police, Jaipur Police Station, Mancherial District on 22.10.2018 and submitted that after completion of investigation, the crime was referred as “CIVIL IN NATURE’, through proceedings dated 23.12.2017 and the final report was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chennur and therefore, the subject matter of the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.155 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
