ORDER:(Per VRS,J)
The petitioners challenge an e-auction notice issued under the Securitization Act, 2002.
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the 1[st] respondent that the auction failed. Therefore, the immediate cause does not survive. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies as and when new fresh steps are taken, the writ petition is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
