ORDER:
Heard learned counsel lor the petitioners, learnedGovernment Pleader for Energz appearing for respondent No.1,Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counscl appearing forrespondent Nos.2 to 5, and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned StandingCounsel appearing lor 66 respondent. With their consent, the WritPctition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. ln this writ petition, the petitioners are aggrieved by theaction of the respondents, more particularly respondenls 4 & 5, inrefusing to release the power supply to the petitioners' subiectpremises bearing Plot No. s 17 & 1il, cach admeasuring 200sq.yards, totally admeasuring 400 sq.yards in Sy.No.49 1/Asituated at Bachupally Village & Grampanchayat, BachupallyMandal, Medchal- Malkaj giri District.
3. Learned counscl for the petitioncrs submits that [thc]respondent authorities have refused to release the [power ]supply [t<;]the subject premises belonging to the [petitioners.]
4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5, oninstructions, has stated that basing on the letter addressed [by ][the]6th respondent, vide No.NMC/G/0312o2O dt. 14.05.2020, [power]supply to the petitioners was refused. He further [submits ][that ][il]the petitioners make an application, again, the [authoritics ][will]receive the same and pass necessary orders thereon, [as per ][law]
5. In view of the above made submissions, the [petitioners ][are]dircctcd to submit an application beforc [rcspondents No.4 ][& ][5]seeking release of power supply, which shall bc [received ][by ][the]
authorities end necessary orders be passed thereon, strictly as perlaw, without reference to the proceedings in No.NMC/tl/O3l2O2Odt. 14.05.20i C of the 6th respondent, as expeditiously .rs possible,preferably, v ithin a period of four weeks from the date of receipt ola copy of th:s order. It is made clear that petitioners cannot claimequities on tccount of provision of electricity connccr,ion by thcrespondents in pursuance ol this order.
