ORDER:
The petitioners/A1 to A6 seek to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.74 of 2018 on the file of Atmakur Mandal, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 447, 448, 506, 143 and 147 r/w 149 IPC.
2. Having regard to the nature of accusations made against petitioners under different sections of law, this Court is of the considered view that the investigation shall go on to reach its logical conclusion. However, the investigating officer, during the course of investigation, shall scrupulously follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41A Cr.P.C. and also the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar[1]. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
3. Accordingly, with the above directions, this criminal petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
