Heard.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus holding the action on the part of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not awarding the works to the tenderers by not finalizing the process of tender issued for providing manpower on outsourcing contract basis vide Tender Notice Nos.963/GF/ATOII/MCK, 964/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 965/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 966/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 967/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 968/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 970/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 971/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 972/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 973/ GF/ ATOII / MCK, 974/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 975/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 976/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 977/ GF/ ATOII/ MCK, 978/ GF/ATOII/MCK, 979/GF/ATOII/MCK and 969/GF/ATOII/MCK, dated 28.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Though various grounds are raised, learned Standing Counsel would submit that so far tender is being not finalized. Hence he seeks a direction to process the tender as early as possible, subject to pendency of SLP.

4. Having regard to the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to deal with the representation dated 28.07.2018, made by the petitioners seeking to finalize the tenders, taking into consideration the pendency of SLP and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
