The only grievance in the writ petition is that the respondents 1 and 2 are not registering the crime on the basis of the complaint of thepetitioner.

2. Remedy for the petitioner, however, though elsewhere, learnedGovernment Pleader states that Cr.No.397 of 2010 is already registered onthe basis of the complaint, in which case the grievance does not survive.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order asto costs.
