ORDER:
Sri K Buchi Babu, learned counsel for petitioner; learned GovernmentPleader for Home; and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, would agree that the subject matter of thewrit petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P. No.16063 of 2013dated 07.06.2013.
Following the said order and in terms thereof, and in accordance withRule 9-Q of the A.P. Minor Minerals Concessional Rules, 1966 as notified inG.O.Ms. No.154 dated 15.11.2012, the respondents are directed to releasethe subject vehicles to the petitioner subject to filing proof of ownershipdocuments and executing a bond that the said vehicles would be producedas and when directed by the concerned authority or by the Magistrateconcerned.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneouspetitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be noorder as to costs.
