O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration thatthe tender notification dated 18.05.2005 issued by therespondent-Corporation in respect of shop No.4, ItemNo.53 of Tallada Bus Station, is arbitrary and illegal. Though by virtue of the interim order dated 24.05.2005,the petitioner had continued in the shop-in-question, thelearned standing counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, under instructions, stated that subsequentlythe petitioner had vacated the shop on 15.11.2005 andeven the agreement in his favour expired on 14.11.2005. Hence nothing survives for adjudication on merits.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed asinfructuous. No costs.
